Moonlight Flower Fairy – Silhouette of Butterfly

When I think of Fantasy Fairies, are there usually two main types:  “Fairies of the Light”, and “Fairies of the Dark”.  For me, “Fairies of the Light”, have their Kingdoms of the Flower, in the Realm of Daylight.  Whilst “Fairies of the Dark”, have their Kingdoms of the Lunar, in the Realm of Moonlight.  So what kind of Fairy, do we have here then?  As this Fantasy Fairy, and her “Silhouette in Moonlight”, strikes me as very unusual!
Moonlight Flower Fairy - Silhouette of Butterfly
First: this Fairy’s shape is defined through nothing but a silhouette.  The lack of colour does not deter from the fact that this is a female Fairy.  Second: this Fairy is sitting upon a large Toadstool.  The lack of divide between the Fairy and the Toadstool, does not confuse my eyes [i.e.  you can still tell “which is which”].  Third: this Fairy appears to be blowing Butterflies [from her right hand].  Thus, do I infer that this Fairy is a Flower Fairy!  Yet, it is when the Fairy is taken with the Moonlit background, that this Fairy opens the doors to Fairy Glamour 🙂  As with two eyes in Fantasy, can it not be seen, that this Fairy is as big as the Moon?  Or that the Toadstool, is the King of the windswept Meadow?  With two eyes in Reality, can it not be seen, that this Fairy rests upon her Toadstool?  Or that this Fairy, plants the seeds of this Meadow, upon this windswept Earth?  With two eyes in Fairy Magic, can it not be seen that, I gain a sense of detail, from this Fairy’s silhouette, where there is none-upon the Fairy?  Or that this detail, could indeed be nothing, but a Fairy and her Landscapes of a Dream?  As with two eyes in Fairy Lore, can it not be said that:  with “Gusts of Wind”, in trails of red, and trails of white, three spells be cast – one of Fairy, one of Moonlight, one of Midnight’s Realm, Fairy Delight 🙂
